President:

Greg Lazarczyk brings over twenty-five years experience in the petroleum industry.  Greg started with Sun Refining & Marketing in the Analytical Section of Sun’s Research & Development Section, SunTech.  During his nine years with Sun, Greg worked in and was in charge of Sun’s Distillation and Physical Properties Laboratory. 

Greg left Sun and went to BR International, as Product Manager for ISL/ATPEM product line.  Over the years, with the growth of ISL in the United States, Greg held a number of different management positions culminating with the position of President of ISL North America. 

In June of 1998 Greg left ISL North America to start Lazar Scientific Incorporated.  With the continued consolidation in the petroleum industry, he saw the need in the Mid West, for a regional company that could offer the best products backed by onsite sales and service. 

Greg is active in ASTM.  In the past he has been the Chairperson of section D02.08C Crude Distillation.  He has coauthored and helped revise a number of different ASTM methods. 

Greg has been married for the past seventeen years to his wife Sue.  Sue has been instrumental in Greg’s success and the success of Lazar Scientific Incorporated.  Not only has she followed him all across the country, she has the most challenging job of all, raising their two boys Michael and Brandon.  The Lazaczyks live in Granger, Indiana.
