Comprises a panel mounted two speed pump system, four 0 to 276 bar (0 to 4000lbf/in2) pressure gauges, valves, and a control switch.  The unit allows up to 16 shear rates to be used at pressures between 0 and 138 bar (0 and 2000lbf/in2), and can be used in a temperature controlled cabinet within a range of -53°C to 37.8°C.  The 24200-0 is fitted with over-pressure safety devices.

REQUIRED

24010-0 SETA GREASE VISCOMETER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY, with screw fitting end caps, ground piston, and provision for a thermometer probe. A second unit is useful for grease preparation.
24020-0 SETA STAINLESS STEEL CAPILLARIES, set of 8, with spanner and seals..
24220-0 THERMOMETER INDICATOR, comprises a four figure LED display, and is supplied complete with Thermometer Probe 24220-201.

Other items which may be required include: 60 mesh filter screen.
