About Lazar Scientific
History
Lazar Scientific, Inc., was founded in 1998 by Greg Lazarczyk. At the time Greg had just left a very successful stint as President of ISL North America. His philosophy as he founded the company was that it would be a service company that just happens to also sell some good instruments. Mike Finn joined Greg in 1999. In our earliest days we had a strong focus on viscosity and our company motto became "Through thick and thin...", which was the original name of our quarterly newsletter. We continued to sell the ISL product line in the midwest through the early PAC days and added on the Varlen Instruments product line. In 2003, we parted ways with PAC. Shortly thereafter we signed on with Stanhope Seta, Phase Technology and others. Today, as you can see, we actively promote over a dozen of some of the best product lines in our industry and support every one of them with a commitment to service.
Products and Services
Lazar Scientific, Inc., is the exclusive sales and service representative for Stanhope Seta in North America. We provide on site support and service; including all warranty, preventive maintenance and repair work on all of their products. (See our Service page for more information on coverage.) For Advanced Engine Technology we cover the entire Gulf Coast region with the able assistance of Tom Bell. Other product lines vary in our state by state coverage and you can contact us to see if we are able to sell in your location.
Our Representatives
As we continue to grow, we have the need to provide more widespread face-to-face contact with our customers and potential customers. To that end we have created our first territory on the West Coast and assigned it to Windward Analytical. They will provide local service on our behalf and we will come out with them periodically.
